Close to metro, friendly staff, 24 hour reception. Short walk to metro, easy access to city. Found a pool nearby, great for summer visits. Helpful manager, resolved room issue. Good breakfast, open bar, convenient pizza delivery. recommend for Rome stay.

We had a power outage , but Urban Garden Hotel handled the situation well. They kept us informed and thankfully the power was restored. Public transportation to the airport is convenient, despite the staff suggesting a taxi. The hotel itself is modern, clean, and the staff is friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The facilities in our room were more than satisfactory, especially the AC which was a Godsend after a long day of walking in this city. The location was perfect as it was really close to the Rebibbia metro station, making it easy to drive to the city center or take the subway until the evening. We also appreciated that there was a supermarket nearby, and the hotel even offered a driver for airport pick-up at a reasonable price.
